JSTalk Editor.app fails to build—missing /opt/bin/clang

Reported by Christian Eager | November 21st, 2010 @ 02:05 PM

Steps to reproduce:

$ git clone git://github.com/ccgus/jstalk.git
$ cd jstalk
$ xcodebuild -target "JSTalk Editor" -configuration Release

Results:

error: can't exec '/opt/bin/clang' (No such file or directory)

Workaround:

$ xcodebuild -target "JSTalk Editor" -configuration Release CC=/usr/bin/clang

I'm not sure if there was a reason for using a custom clang. On 10.6.5 (GCC-4.0: build 5494, GCC-4.2: build 5664, LLVM: build 2333), /usr/bin/clang works just fine.

    I think everything said was very logical. However, think on this, what if you added a little content to give us more idea of the problem? Did you know that pvz and pubg online are now available in google webstore? Yes, you read it right! and it is for free!
